I am an Adventure Guide.
What does that mean?
Depending on who you ask it could carry a multitude of definitions. An Adventure Guide could be: a raft guide, rock climbing instructor, ski guide, sea kayak guide, surf coach, or flat water canoe instructor. There are many more different titles one can carry as an Adventure Guide. For me, I “identify” as a surfer, kayaker, mountain biker, and rope technician. These activities keep me busy everyday, but right now I am focusing mainly on surfing. I hope to become a surf expedition guide one day, and along the way I want to share my passion for the environment and leave no trace practices (LNT). Because I love to play outside, it is very important to me that we work towards preserving the outdoors for many generations to come.
